Ownership

We are proud to announce that Randy Boggess, who has been a long-time manager here at P&A Welding and Machine, Inc. has recently purchased the Company from our founder, Mr. Paul Cooprider.  We are excited about this change in ownership but will miss Mr. Cooprider greatly.  We wish him the best in his new retirement as it is well deserved.  Everything at P&A Welding and Machine, Inc. will remain as it always has.  We look forward to growing our facilities and staff in order to provide the absolute best customer service and quality fabrication possible.  We hope that you will continue to support us and be patient with us as we go through the necessary changes.  Thank you for your business!
